Within the EU it is UPS that sends our packages. Here you can choose between UPS normal delivery or UPS express. You can choose GLS home delivery or GLS parcel shop in Denmark. You choose when you place your order.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to pick up your order directly from our warehouse.
As soon as your order has been sent from our warehouse, we will send you a Track-and-trace number which you can use to follow your package, until you have received your package.

If you don't pick up your package at the designated location, it will be returned to us after 7-14 days. We will automatically cancel your order as we consider it a return order.
If you're not at home when the delivery company attempts to deliver your package, they will leave a card or send you an SMS with instructions on where to pick up your package.
